If you suffer from persistent ingrown toenails then nail surgery might be the answer you’re looking for to rid your ingrown toenail once and for all!
Partial Nail Avulsion (PNA) is a permanent procedure which removes only the offending nail portion leaving the visible nail plate intact. Then applying a solution that prevents the nail from regrowing. This procedure is high effective, with only 2-5% of cases potentially having regrowth. Performed under a local anaesthetic so no pain experienced during the procedure, also with minimal pain post-surgery. Recovery can range from 2-4 weeks. We advised no swimming or sport during this time.
